CENTRAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

WHY THERAPY?

Psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy offers a relationship and safe space where we can explore your problems and come to a better understanding of the issues affecting you. Unconscious processes can result in repetitive, frustrating or damaging feelings and thought patterns which affect our daily lives and relationships.

A therapist doesn't give advice - the therapeutic relationships allows both of us to consider your feelings carefully.

You may find therapy useful if you have:

  • depression, and low self-esteem
  • anxiety, panic attacks, paranoia and suicidal thoughts
  • work and relationship conflicts or stress
  • relationship difficulties, divorce, bereavement, sexual problems
  • a background of sexual, physical or emotional abuse
  • questions about the direction of life, spiritual uncertainty, indecision, sexual identity, eating disorders
  • physical symptoms such as migraines and chronic pain
